How to get there:
This is a shuttle trip starting at Transmountain Road and finishing at the high point of Scenic Drive. The starting trailhead is in a gravel parking lot along the south side of Transmountain Road about 1/2 mile east of the summit (midway between I-10 and US-54). You must pay the park fee at the unattended station in the parking area. Leave a car or have someone pick you up at Scenic Drive.
