Anthonys Gap to Hitt Canyon Loop
This 1.88 mile long moderate hike climbs 415 feet along the side of a ridge in Anthony's Gap, & rolls over a small pass into Hitt Canyon. The trail then crosses the washouts of the canyon arroyo & ends in a junction with the Hitt Canyon trail.
There are 2 small areas where the trail becomes hard to see: Near the top of the ridge before crossing the pass, & at the first wash in the canyon's bottom.
At the trail's end (the junction) you can choose to continue south, along Hitt Canyon Loop trail, wich will then turn east towards the Hitt Canyon windmill, or alternatly head west, towards the Northern Pass trail.
